In the event, that the participant:

• Cancels its space booking;
  (or)
• Fails to meet any of the payment obligations
  (or)
• Fails to occupy space allotted to it by the opening time on the 1st day of the Exhibition.

IPAMA reserves the right to apply cancellation charges/fee (liquidated damages) on the total payable charges for the space booked by the participant, as under:

Not withstanding that IPAMA may re-sell or re-allocate the cancelled space by the participant, IPAMA shall be under no obligation to reimburse all or any part of the cancellation charges/fee.

Reduction of Space:

The reduction of space, after the specified date, will amount to cancellation.

In case any company withdraws its participation, in any condition, the advance deposited amount of 10% will not be refunded. The advance amount will be treated as processing fee.
